How to take care of your NBR extensions!

Hey guys! I'm sharing how to treat your extensions so your hair can live a longer life! This will be very helpful if you have extensions and may be skipping a step or thinking about getting extensions and wanted to be informed on the up-keep before investing. 

Taking care of the hair is very simple. I always tell my clients the more moisture, the better.

Right out of the shower I towel dry, spray my 7SECONDS detangler and brush through gently using a wet brush. When you brush the extensions you want to brush from the bottom up while holding your hair in a pony. Also, make sure your brushing your real hair well above and below the weft, especially if you wear more than one row. 

Everyday I like to use the  Supershine Moisturizing cream which is great because you can use it on wet or dry hair. So once my hair is detangled after I shower, I use this cream midshaft to ends. On days I don't wash,  I use about a nickel size and run it through my ends.

At night before bed, I always make sure I brush well. Then I'll pull my hair in a loose pony or braid to sleep.

Lastly, I like to do a masque once a month on the extensions hair. I love the Gold Lust Transformative masque by Oribe. It restores and repairs your hair leaving the extensions soft and shiney.

And that's about it! Super easy to take care of and with these product it will keep your extensions looking brand new longer!
